Photographed on a summer morning at Windows on Wildlife in Dorset, this collection focuses on harvest mice as they climbed amongst the seed heads and grasses. Watching them use their tails for balance and their tiny paws to grip the stems was fascinating to photograph. As one of Britain’s smallest mammals, they’re incredibly easy to overlook, so having the chance to see all those little details up close felt pretty special.
